We have 1 (one) room for rent beginning 1st October 2024. Rent is inclusive of all utilities. Nothing extra to pay. Tenancy agreement is on a month to month basis. Notice to terminate is 15 days by either party. Open to renting the rooms to any sex. 2 rental bedrooms share a common bathroom. Bathroom was completely renovated about 3 years ago. Bedroom is  furnished with a queen size bed (with bedsheet, comforter & 4 pillows), 2 night stands and a built in closet. A desk and chair is also provided with chair mat. Room has an electric fan. The house is a split level with a separate entrance for tenants through the garage. Tenant will receive a remote garage door opener for easy access. There is a separate fully functioning kitchen for tenants only with electric range, refrigerator, dish washer, sink, microwave, kitchen cabinets and countertop with kitchen sink. The kitchen has 2 storage cupboards (1 for each tenant) and a counter height kitchen table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is next to a living room with a sofa , a love seat and a chair, flat screen TV, TV cabinet and electric room air purifier. The fireplace has an electric heater insert. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer, which is also used by the owners. Tenants provide their own laundry supplies. No TV service provided. We provide Wi-Fi (Century Link). This is a very cozy setup. We replace electric bulbs. There is a large deck attached to the house furnished with a patio table, chairs, patio umbrella and a gas grill during the warm months. Tenants are encouraged to use the area during pleasant weather. We have had long term tenants with no problems who have been very happy with the setup. Longest tenant lived here for 5 years. House is very close to Highways 494, 169 & 100. Also quite close to Highways 62 & 35W. Next to Eden Prairie and Edina. Quite close to Richfield, Hopkins and Minnetonka. Very quiet neighborhood. You can look at the photos in the listing. It would be better if you come and look at the place personally and take a look. You can come on any weekday after 3:30pm until 8:00pm. Weekends from 9am to 8pm. We are a very pleasant  elderly couple. For renters who do not have transport, we MAY be able to send you to work and also bring you back. This would be EXTRA on top of the rent. Rate can be worked out as per distance and it will be reasonable.
