Hi, I am a Male IT professional looking for a roommate in 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Elevate Apartments, downtown. One person is already in the other room. He is moving out end of the March. I have very huge living area is available to accommodate a roommate for a month until April 1st.
Currently rent is $1830 + all utilities(Internet + Electricity + Insurance). So it will be around $980/person from April 1st. Available to move in immediately.
I have a twin size matress to use. Looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
