I have a single bed and bathroom in a single family house available to rent! The house is located only a minute from Maple grove Hyvee and only a few minutes from Aldi, Indian stores, gym, highways and other necessities. 

The house is very well equipped with fully equipped living room/kitchen with couches, dining tables, Oled tv and all the things you would need. Kitchen has all the appliances as needed. 

Bedroom comes with a Queen bed frame, premium memory foam mattress, a closet and could arrange a work table and chair if needed. The rent should cover utilities except heat/AC which usually varies on the season but we could chat about it. 

You could get a private bathroom or shared bathroom based on the need the rent cost would slightly change if it's private bathroom. 

As an individual, I am very outgoing and happy to hangout as needed but would also be happy to just respect your time and space if that's your preference. Please text or call (Preferred) for any questions or details.
